When you put your house on the market, there is a chance you get an offer right away that works for you. You will complete the transaction and sell your home with little or no issues during the process. That is always the goal, but it is seldom the reality. If your home does not get an offer right away, you should not panic. If months go by and your home is drawing little or no interest, then you might have a problem.
